Refund & Cancellation Policy

Merchant of record

Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record. Waffo — not NanoPrompts — appears as the seller on your card or bank statement and handles checkout, billing, applicable taxes, and payment support on our behalf.

What you're buying

NanoPrompts offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription. The Free plan includes 1 AI image when you sign up, at no charge. Pro (billed monthly or yearly) includes 15 AI images every month. Plans and prices are described on the Pricing page.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Pro is a subscription. It automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose) at the then-current price, until you cancel. Each renewal grants a fresh allowance of 15 images for the new month.

You authorize Waffo to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel. The Free plan is not a subscription and is never charged.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops all future renewals.

When you cancel, you keep Pro access and any remaining images until the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't charge you again after that.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full, provided the image allowance from that charge is substantially unused. After that window, or once the images have been used, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future renewals.

To request a refund, email support@nanoprompts.net with the email on your account and your order or receipt details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Waffo, typically within 5–10 business days.

Image allowance validity

Your monthly Pro allowance of 15 images is valid for that billing month and does not roll over to the next month. The Free plan image is a one-time grant.
